Details Facilities

The Details page provides information about a facility, including its status, description, hours, amenities, accessibility, and contact options. You can view schedules, fees, forms, and spaces related to the facility. Use this page to learn more about the facility, connect with staff, and access additional resources.

Tabs let you explore contacts, schedules, fees, forms, and spaces. If you are not an approved user and the facility allows public booking, you can request access to book online.

User Actions

  • View facility name and logo to identify the facility.
  • Read facility status to see if the facility is open, closed, or has other status information.
  • View scrolling announcements for important updates or messages.
  • Read facility description for details about the facility.
  • Check hours of operation to know when the facility is open.
  • Review accessibility information to see how the facility accommodates different needs.
  • See amenities offered at the facility.
  • View seasons of operation to know when the facility is available.
  • Find facility address, city, and province for location details.
  • Click the map icon to open the facility location in an external map.
  • Connect with the facility using:
    • Email button to view the facility's email address and send an email (opens a dialog with contact details).
    • Close button in the email dialog to exit the contact modal.
    • Website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube icons to visit the facility's social media or website.
    • Calendar icon to view the facility's public calendar in a new window.
  • If public booking is enabled and you are not an approved user:
    • Become an Approved User button to request online booking access.
  • Switch between tabs to view:
    • Contacts tab for staff contact information (names, emails, phone numbers).
    • Schedule tab for upcoming facility bookings and events (if available).
    • Fees tab for pricing and fee information (if available).
    • Forms tab for downloadable or online forms (if available).
    • Spaces tab for child facilities or spaces within the main facility (if available).
  • In the Spaces tab:
    • View child facility names and statuses.
    • View Details button for each child facility to open its details in a new window.
