Details

Introduction

The Details page provides a comprehensive overview of a facility, including its status, description, hours of operation, accessibility features, amenities, and contact information. Here, you can view important details such as the facility's address, website, and social media links. If the facility offers public booking and you are not yet an approved user, you can request access directly from this page.

The Details page also includes tabbed sections for contacts, schedule, fees, forms, and child facilities (spaces), making it easy to find the information you need. Use this page to learn more about a facility, connect with staff, view upcoming schedules, and access relevant documents. If you need help, click the Help button at the top of the page.

User Actions

• If you are not an approved user and the facility allows public booking, you can click the "Become an Approved User" button to request online booking access. This opens a page where you can start the approval process.

• If a map link is available for the facility, you can click the map pin icon next to the address to open the facility's location in a new browser tab.

• Under "Contact Us," you may see several icons:

  • If an email address is available, you can click the envelope button to open a pop-up window showing the facility's email address and a link to send an email using your default email application. In the pop-up, you can click the "Close" button or the "X" in the corner to close the window.
  • If a website is available, you can click the globe icon to visit the facility's website in a new browser tab.
  • If social media links are available, you can click the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube icons to visit the facility's pages on those platforms in new browser tabs.
  • You can click the calendar icon to view the facility's public calendar in a new browser tab.

• You can switch between different sections of information using the tab menu near the middle of the page. The available tabs may include:

  • Contacts: View a table of contact people for the facility, including their titles, names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Schedule: If available, view a table showing the facility's schedule for the next 15 days, including event details and times.
  • Fees: If available, view information about the facility's fees.
  • Forms: If available, view or download forms related to the facility.
  • Spaces: If the facility has child facilities (spaces), view a table listing their names, statuses, and a "View Details" button for each. Clicking "View Details" opens more information about that space in a new browser tab.

• At the bottom of the page, you can click the "Close" button to close the current browser window or tab.
