Introduction to the Organization Details Page
The Organization Details page provides a comprehensive overview of an organization listed in PlayFinder. Here, you can view essential information such as the organization's name, description, logo, contact details, and location. The page also offers quick access to the organization's social media links, website, and ways to connect via email or phone.
In addition to basic details, the page features additional sections and tabs (when available) for:
- Contacts: Key people and their contact information.
- Programs & Leagues: Current and upcoming programs or leagues run by the organization.
- Documents: Important documents such as news, FAQs, policies, bylaws, forms, and waivers, organized by type.
- Schedule: Upcoming events or facility bookings.
- Amenities & Accessibility: Information about available amenities and accessibility features.
- Photo Gallery: Browse images related to the organization.
- Trail Maps: View or download trail maps if provided.
Use the tabs to navigate between different types of information. Many details, such as documents or contact information, can be viewed in pop-up modals for convenience. If you need help, click the help button at the top of the page.
This page is designed to give you all the information you need about an organization in one convenient place.
User Actions
If an organization logo is available, you can view it as an image above the organization name.
If an address is provided, you can view the address details. If a map link is available, you can click the map icon to open the location in Google Maps in a new browser tab.
In the "Connect With Us" section:
- If an email address is available, you can click the envelope icon to open a pop-up window showing the email address and a link to send an email. In the pop-up, you can click the "Close" button to close the window.
- If a phone number is available, you can click the phone icon to open a pop-up window showing the phone number. In the pop-up, you can click the "Close" button to close the window.
- If a website is available, you can click the globe icon to open the organization's website in a new browser tab.
- If a Facebook page is available, you can click the Facebook icon to open the organization's Facebook page in a new browser tab.
- If a Twitter profile is available, you can click the Twitter icon to open the organization's Twitter profile in a new browser tab.
- If an Instagram profile is available, you can click the Instagram icon to open the organization's Instagram profile in a new browser tab.
- If a YouTube channel is available, you can click the YouTube icon to open the organization's YouTube channel in a new browser tab.
- If a LinkedIn profile is available, you can click the LinkedIn icon to open the organization's LinkedIn profile in a new browser tab.
- If the organization offers programs, you can click the calendar icon to view the organization's schedule in a new browser tab.
- If the organization offers equipment, you can click the backpack icon to view equipment options or make a request. Depending on your login status and equipment availability, you may be directed to different pages for equipment requests or information.
If additional details, motto, established date, accessibility information, or amenities are available, you can view these sections as text.
If the organization is of a certain type, you can use the navigation tabs to switch between different sections:
- Contacts: View a list of contact persons, including their title, name, email, and phone number.
- Programs: If available, view a list of programs. You can click the program name to view more details about that program.
- Leagues: If available, view a list of leagues
