Introduction to the Organization Details Page
The Organization Details page provides a comprehensive overview of an organization, including its key information, contact details, programs, leagues, documents, schedules, and more. This page is designed to help you easily find and access all relevant information about an organization in one place.
What You Can Find Here
- Basic Information: View the organization's name, logo, description, and address. If available, you can access a map for directions.
- Contact Options: Easily reach out via email, phone, website, or social media using quick-access buttons.
- Additional Details: Learn about the organization's motto, year established, accessibility features, and amenities.
- Tabs for More Information: Navigate through tabs to see contacts, programs, leagues, news, FAQs, policies, forms, waivers, and schedules.
- Trail Maps and Downloads: Access trail maps and download GPS or mobile versions if provided.
- Photo Gallery: Browse images related to the organization in an interactive carousel.
How to Use This Page
- Use the tabs to explore different sections such as Contacts, Programs, Leagues, and Documents.
- Click on icons or buttons to view contact information, visit external sites, or open documents in modal windows.
- View schedules and upcoming events directly within the Schedule tab.
- Download maps and resources as needed.

This page is designed to make it easy for you to learn about and connect with organizations. For more details on each section, continue reading this help file.
User Actions
- Click the organization’s address link (if available) to open the location in Google Maps in a new browser tab.
- Click the envelope icon (if an email address is available) to open a pop-up window displaying the organization's email address and a clickable link to send an email using your default email application. Close this pop-up by clicking the "Close" button or the "×" icon.
- Click the phone icon (if a phone number is available) to open a pop-up window displaying the organization's phone number. Close this pop-up by clicking the "Close" button or the "×" icon.
- Click the globe icon (if a website is available) to visit the organization's website in a new browser tab.
- Click the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube icons (if available) to visit the organization's social media pages in a new browser tab.
- Click the calendar icon (if programs are available) to view the organization's schedule in a new browser tab.
- Click the backpack icon (if equipment information is available) to view the organization's equipment types in a new browser tab.
- Switch between different sections (such as Contacts, Programs, Leagues, News, FAQ, Information, Bylaws, Policies, Forms, Waivers, Schedule) by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the section. The content below updates to show information related to the selected tab.
- In the Programs tab, click a program name to view more details about that program.
- In the Leagues tab, click a league site link to visit the league’s website in a new browser tab.
- In the News, FAQ, Information, Bylaws, Policies, Forms, or Waivers tabs, click a document title to open a pop-up window displaying the full content of that document. Close the pop-up by clicking the "Close" button or the "×" icon.
- If a trail map is available, view it directly on the page in an embedded map.
- If a GPS trail map is available, click the "GPS Download" link to download the GPS file.
- If a mobile trail map is available, click the "Mobile Download" link to download the mobile version of the trail map.
- If a photo gallery is available, view images in a slideshow. Use the left ("Previous") and right ("Next") arrows to navigate through the images.
- Click the "Close" button at the bottom of the page to close the window.
