Updated terminology on the Activity Admin page by renaming the section from “Sports” to “Activities” for greater clarity and inclusivity.

Added a direct link to the payment process documentation on individual invoices, making it easier for users to understand payment steps and next actions.

Improved contact creation workflow by automatically checking whether a user ID already exists and prompting administrators to create one when needed.

Strengthened data accuracy and account security for member profiles by identifying placeholder Dates of Birth (1925-01-01) and requiring users to update to a valid date before accessing the platform. This also supports more reliable user verification when assistance is needed.

Enhanced account management for organizations by enabling Organization Administrators to create user accounts directly within the system.

Enhanced validation for Officials by preventing duplicate usernames and email addresses across official profiles, ensuring each official is uniquely identified within the system.

Added the ability for administrators to group programs under a single email distribution address, making it easier to manage communications across related programs.

Restored administrative override capability, allowing Organization Administrators to register participants for closed programs through the backend when appropriate.

Added automated email notifications for equipment loans, keeping both organization administrators and users informed as loans move through each stage of the process (booked, picked up, returned, and more).

A scrolling marquee has been added to the website linking to the most recent newsletter.
This blue, clickable text scrolls from right to left and highlights timely updates for each community. -
Release notes (like these) are now published weekly and are always available under the “Info” tab on the website.
